Reason 2016

I joined Reason as a Lead User Experience Designer to work on their project with commodities trading firm Cofco Agri. The project was a collaboration with a development and project management team from another consultancy, Adaptive. Together we were redesigning Cofco Agri’s commodities trading software suite. The project team was distributed across London, Geneva and Barcelona, with communication over Slack and file exchange through Dropbox and Zeplin.

I ran a number of collaborative design workshops, both to gather requirements and to sketch initial design ideas with the stakeholders and business analysts from Cofco Agri. During the workshops we identified user roles, goals and tasks and created high level sketches of the associated interfaces. These were then further refined and turned into wireframes in Sketch. The wireframes were very high fidelity and largely adhered to previously defined design guidelines, thus needed minimal tweaking from our visual designer before being handed over to the development team.
