About
This is the blog of me, Christian Petzny (though I prefer to just be called Chris). I am a freelance user experience architect and the internet has been a part of my personal and professional life for the best part of two decades. I have seen it develop from nothing more than a conduit for simple emails to the essential part of life that is the World Wide Web.
As the internet developed, so did my interest in it. To the point, where I have transmogrified from an industrial designer to a front end developer and finally a user experience architect. Over the years, I have become passionate about usability and user experience for digital media. I love being the glue between creatives, developers, clients and users. The glue that holds it all together to create innovative solutions.
In my professional life, I often have to explain the various facets of what user experience architects actually do, so I thought I should share some of those explanations here. That said, I am also using this blog to share my personal experiences and to write about my other interests. In other words, it’s going to be a mixed bag…
I’d love to help you out on any web or digital project you might be working on, so please download my most recent CV and do feel free to get in touch with me with any opportunities.
In addition to my blog, you can follow me on twitter or check out my profile on linkedin.
